How it works
Three steps to a fixed car.
No workshop drop-off and no guesswork. Here is exactly what happens from your first message to the mechanic leaving.
Step 1
Tell us about your car
Share the problem, your vehicle and suburb by form or WhatsApp.
Have these ready
- Vehicle make, model and year
- What the car is doing (or not doing)
- Your suburb and service address
- A phone or WhatsApp number
- Any gate, parking or access details
Step 2
Agree the plan
We confirm the visit, the timing and all charges before anyone comes out to you.
Before anyone comes out
- We confirm the visit and the timing with you
- You know the call-out (from R450) and diagnostic (R400) charges upfront
- Servicing and fleet work are quoted first
Step 3
Make room for the visit
Give the mechanic safe, easy access to the car at your home, office or estate.
What safe access means
- The car is parked where a mechanic can work around it
- Gate or reception has been told we are coming
- [CONFIRM: any further site requirements, e.g. level ground, power point, shade]
After the diagnosis
You decide what happens next
We explain what we found in plain language. Repairs are quoted separately, so nothing extra is done until you agree.
[CONFIRM: whether repairs can be done on the same visit, and how follow-up visits are booked]

Stuck? We come to you.
